I am Karen. I have worked as a psychologist within the NHS for thirty years specialising in working with victims of trauma. I also qualified as a nurse and midwife and have combined the two skills for many years. I have a specialist interest in maternal health and wellbeing. I qualified as a hypnotherapist in London and have enjoyed adopting a solution focused approach to my work alongside working as a hypnotherapist.

Over the 10 months we were made to actively participate and practice a therapist's skills, so that by the end we felt completely confident and ready for practising.
