From early childhood my life was centred on music which became the foundation for my professional career as a classical musician. As the years passed, my path evolved and I transitioned into the realm of personal and professional growth. With over two decades of experience in learning and development, I’ve had the privilege of guiding individuals and teams toward their corporate goals and personal aspirations. I’ve witnessed the transformative power of coaching and training, helping people unlock their true potential and achieve remarkable breakthroughs. My journey has led me to become a co-active coach, where I blend my interest in human behaviour, communication and emotional intelligence to empower others on their own paths to success.
In addition to my coaching abilities, I’ve embraced the world of Clinical Hypnotherapy, delving into the depths of the subconscious mind to facilitate healing, personal growth and self-improvement.
My diverse background as a musician, coach and hypnotherapist has allowed me to explore the profound connections between creativity, mind-set and personal transformation, making me a well-rounded guide for those seeking to uncover their hidden potential and lead more fulfilling lives.
