The Mind During Hypnotherapy

    Studies have shown scientists have shown that something happens in the mind during hypnotherapy that doesn’t happen out of it. And what that is is the mind becomes very excited and receptive to change.

     

    I’ll give you a good example. I’ve worked with many people who can’t provide a speech at weddings and even grooms; in hypnosis, we can suggest to them that they love giving that speech, and it was easy, and they enjoyed it, and the mind accepted it because mine will accept things in hypnosis that it won’t get out of hypnosis.

    But it still has to be things you already want to happen. In hypnosis, you can tell they are indifferent to food that are causing a problem. They’ve lost interest in chocolate and will accept that out of hypnosis. But hypnosis is so natural.

     

     

    If you’re profoundly watching a television when the phone rings and you jump, you’ve gone into a state of hypnosis. When you drive your car home on autopilot, and you don’t even think about it, you’re going into a state of hypnosis.

    Hypnosis is simply getting access to your subconscious mind. And often, we go into dream-like states; we’re in hypnosis anyway. But many people don’t know how to get into hypnosis. An excellent way to start is by relaxing your body, beginning with the top of your head and going down to your toes.

     

     

    It’s a natural state you enter every time you go to sleep. If you ever want to sleep on an aeroplane or in your bed and you’re not sleeping, I recommend you do that. Again, relaxing, breathing in and out, and sleep can come to you. It always works on planes or trains or wherever you are.

     

     

    It is straightforward to get into hypnosis. It’s straightforward to come out of it. You count yourself up. You see, if I was hypnotising you through the screen or in my office and I put you in hypnosis and left the room and didn’t come back for eight hours, you would either go to sleep for 20 minutes and wake up, or you open your eyes.
     
    You can’t stay in hypnosis when the hypnotist is not guiding you. When you listen to the audio, it will often say if you’re listening to it at night in bed, then as my voice and you drive this deep, beautiful sleep, you wake up at your average required time in the morning.

     

     

    So you’re not staying in hypnosis throughout the night. And when you play the recordings at home, it will say go deeper and return. And people write in government, sir. When I listen to your audio, I always fall asleep.

    I only wake up at the end when you tell me to come back. Or people say, you, I always go to sleep when I hear that audio, but I only wake up at the end. And I will, that isn’t that interesting? You’re following suggestions so well; when it says go deeper and go, you go deep.

     

     

    And you come back at the end when it says come back to your full awareness because you’re always following instructions. And in fact, following the hypnotist’s instructions is another way of being hypnotised or winning this ability.
     
    To go along with it, some of you will go, you know, I didn’t feel hypnotised, but I thought, well, I’ll just do what you say anyway and see what happens. And that is a form of being hypnotised.
     


    Hypnosis is not scary; many of the best athletes in the world use it. One day, the only athletes who get into the Olympics will be those who use hypnosis. And that’s already being predicted by many coaches who say, you know, the athletes who can visualise, do so much better, their bodies work better, they have more mental clarity, they have more drive, the same thing in schools.

     

     

    So, people are beginning to understand hypnosis. You can eat better, live better, function better, talk yourself out of negativity, and talk yourself into feeling good almost all the time.  It’s a state we go into naturally all the time; if you want to change, it’ll be the thing that makes change easy, rapid, and permanent. Once you do it a few times, you’ll love it.  Hypnotherapists can show you how to hypnotise yourself. You’re going to put yourself in hypnosis and bring yourself out. And I say, let’s do it together.

     

    And, of course, that’s what you will be doing: putting yourself into hypnosis, bringing yourself out of hypnosis. Once you see how easy it is, you’ll do it on planes or airports anytime you have to wait or anytime something stresses you even better.

     

    It would help if you remembered something. You can put yourself in a hypnosis like that and remember when you have to take a test or study, you can get that phenomenal focus where you narrow down and take everything in that you’re focusing on.

     

    And it will give you incredible confidence to view. You have to speak in public, go for an interview, or even ask someone out. You’ll find that you can quickly put yourself in that state where instead of fear, you feel confident, excited, thrilled, and joyful, and who wouldn’t want to feel like that almost all the time?
